I've been in the medical field for 12 years specializing in rehabilitation and long-term care. As a nurse, I've seen firsthand the strain our dietary habits and lifestyle have on our bodies. Our diets presently aren't sufficient in providing us with the nutrients necessary to sustain a healthy lifestyle. Working with the elderly in particular has given me insight into what vitamin intake looks like and how taking multiple vitamins can be overwhelming. I've decided to address this gap in the market and focus on an all-in-one multivitamin that captures the most common vitamin deficiencies and puts it in a capsule to replenish your overall health.
